Chapter V

Existing Marketing Strategy

Wholesalers are those who sell products to businesses or other outlets who are not the
end-user. Wholesalers don’t sell small quantities of goods like retailers. Instead, they sell
products in bulk at a low price. The more you buy from a wholesaler, the less per-product
you’ll end up having to pay.

A Small-Medium Wholesalers focused marketing strategy with just a few key tactics that
actually work is far more powerful than having an unfocused marketing strategy with 100
tactics and you’re not even sure if any of them are working.

There are three facets that make up a wholesale marketing strategy.

1. Attracting new wholesale customers

2. Getting more orders from their wholesale customers

3. Increasing the sales from their wholesale business (we’ll be focusing on increasing
order size in particular).
Chapter VI

Proposed Strategy

Radi’s RTW, SD Glasses, Original Batik Malong’s, H’s Electiric supplies, and
Hadji Unos Accessories. As we go to their establishment we noticed that they
don’t have a Systematic machine. So, as an IT student we proposed them to
have a Inventory System for them to be able to lessen their works effectively.
This is where investing in business process automation, to sit in the middle of
your wholesale distribution management system and applications, can play a
major role. Automating the creation and delivery of an endless variety of reports
on a scheduled or event-driven process enables employees to benefit from less
administration and 100% error free reports, regardless of the business system
the data resides in.
Chapter VII

Conclusion

This section examines the results from this study in instances where the
wholesaler’s in Phase B, Public Market General Santos City that in any industry,
one of the advantages of a company is having a systematic computerized
procedure or an automated business process. So, for the future researcher we
may hope you could develop this research, because of the evolution of
technology industries preferred to have automated procedure in term of online
selling.

Recommendation

Due to fast moving lifestyle, Technology is currently the big equaliser in the
wholesaler’s industry. Early investment in the best technology available has
certainly assisted the big players to achieve prominence. Organisations who lack
a chain - wide information system will not be able to improve or re-engineer the
supply chain. Supply chains are extremely complicated and require huge amounts
of system capacity in planning and executing improvements. In today’s
complicated marketplace with consumers extremely price sensitive, daily, if not
hourly, information is needed. Informed decisions have to be made quickly and
without the correct up - to - date information this will be impossible. retailers that
have not yet realised that the only road to success is via technology could face
huge problems as the rest of the market moves ahead.
