-: BOILED RICE :-
This time we put a wok in the oven that we will cook the biryani rice. Now put on a pot
in the oven that we cook in the rice so first of all we put the oil in the pot. Then we will
give 2 bay leaves, 5 cinnamon sticks, 12 black peppercorns, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds and
2 green cardamom in the oil. After that we will add water to the pot. Now we will wait till
the water boils, then after boiling the water add rice to it and then add salt to it as per
taste. Now rice has to be cooked 90%.

Now we will put a pot in one side of the
oven in which we will make chicken
dum biryani. Now we will give oil in
vessel and then in that oil we will give 1
black cardamom, 2 cinnamon sticks, 2
green cardamom and 6 cloves. Now
add 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste and
mix it well. Now add 2 medium sized
potato's. We will fry this potato's with
all of us. Now we put marinated chicken
in it and cook it in high flame for 5 minutes. This time I will lower the flame then I will add
the boiled rice to the chicken after that I will add remaining coriander leaves, mint leaves
and fried onion and finally we add one cup of boil water from the boiled rice and add
food color.
Then I covered the vessel and oven it to medium flame for 5 minutes. This time I do this
again at low flame for 10 minutes.
Now your CHICKEN DUM BIRYANI is ready.
