7. Setting out of crane by extending outrigger by providing proper padding.
8. Preparation and selection of load to be lift by providing proper lifting connections.
9. Providing tagline. Communication means & safe distance for transferring material.
10. Centre of gravity to be clearly marked on the Items to be lifted.
11. If required to keep material in work area, it will be provided proper arrangement.
12. If loaf will be transfer, it will be properly tie up.
13. If required working at height. Full body harness, life line or other means for fall protection
will be used
14. Simultaneous work will be avoided unless it is approved by authority of Samsung.
15. Wind speed limit will be observed
16. House Keeping before and after job for any combustible material or any inflammable
material.
17. Man basket will be use for emergency evacuation case, when any expected case happen
at inside the hot oil pit.
18. In case of any emergency, it will be reported to safety & construction department.
19. Job supervisor (performing authority) will be remaining responsible to ensure safe lifting
work procedure to be followed and implemented.
