Please provide explanations for ratings of 80 or less, and if appropriate, describe how you have
attempted to encourage the group member to improve their performance (number according to
the numbers next to the group members’ names above). These comments are reviewed if
students appeal their peer evaluations, so it is important that your explanations are factual, legible
and professional.
We decided to come up with our own ideas and do a basic background study and then we all met
and pitched for the topics chosen by us. The group came to a consensus, and then the tasks were
allocated to each member.
Arun Kumar S - He did whatever task was allocated to him and discussed with the whole group
in case of some doubts and collated the tasks done by individual group members. I encouraged
him as I provided him the information regarding how we have to build upon the existing work
that has been done.
Kumar Shubham- He was involved in the KPMG workshop and was contributing whenever it
was possible for him. He did a great job of managing his time and providing necessary inputs
and taking lead whenever it was required. He also kept a constant check on the progress of the
report.
Pyla Gowtami Priya- She came up with some good ideas but we couldn't find much content to
build upon. She did her work sincerely and contributed towards overall work.
Tejas S Khadilkar- He was involved in elections and was standing for the position of mess and
external vendor secretary in SAC. Still, he managed to contribute which was appreciative.
