I looked for the job in LinkedIn, Indeed.Com and Sent my Resume in Various Portals and
then I applied for the job & after clearing the selection process criteria, I entered the
organization.

8) What are your duties and responsibilities in the organization?

I'm responsible for to supervise the ongoing joining process in Indigo

9) What are your strengths which make yo u work smoothly?

I am strong at negotiations, financial knowledge and is good with my colleague but I need to work on my
statistical skills & want to keep myself updated as per the changes in environment.

10) Do you enjoy your work? Is it helping in your career growth and improvement?

Yes, I enjoy doing my work & as it is helping me in my growth & improvement which will lead to career
satisfaction as I have seen myself prospering in the field and it will help me in becoming going in field of
Human Resource & it will lead me to that.

which requires do not require any past work experience & I have
sourced the data by preparing a questionnaire & sending it to the
respective person on that post. He’s my friend is working efficiently as
an employee in his firm and He shared his experience as he is a fresher
in the Corporate world.

 Roles & responsibilities :
• To source new corporate relationships with the company.
• To increase revenue from the existing relationships and search different business
opportunities with existing clients.
• To offer a personalized service offering to the client, meeting the client
requirements, & ensuring client retention deliverables.
• Responsible for getting new customers committed
• Performing various activities as per the customer requirement.
• Managing the long term relationship with the customers.
• Coordinating with colleagues operational on the various activities to ensure
regular service.
• Communicating clearly the progress report of monthly/quarterly project to internal
and external stakeholders.
