Madame;

I am Joy Kenneth Ustare- Camanga, 41 years old, married. I wish to apply for transfer of
station assignment from Nabangka National High School, Guinayangan, Quezon to Manuel
S. Enverga Memorial School of Arts & Trades, Mauban, Quezon due to the following
reasons:

 My permanent address is at Sitio Stella Marris Brgy. Bagong Bayan, Mauban, Quezon,
just a five to ten- minute ride to MSEMSAT;
 I have two kids who need my constant love, care, guidance and attention;
 That my transfer would lessen my transportation expenses and save money that will
help my family in our financial needs;
 I would like to continue my graduate studies at Sacred Heart College Lucena City to
be a truly 21st century teacher.

My field of expertise is Filipino. I worked as an instructor at Pambayang Kolehiyo ng Mauban

for three years. I’ve been a substitute secondary school teacher at Infanta National High School
and Maria D. Pastrana National High School. I have six years teaching experience at
Nabangka National High School.

May I therefore express the hope that you will consider and approve my request and give me
a favorable response.
