05.03.2039. The United Kingdom’s troops have been actively present in the Scottish territories
since 2027, post-Northern Ireland joining the European Union, as many in Westminister fear that
the Scottish state would follow its lead. As a result, a counter-insurgency can be seen in Scotland
which has affected the lives of many Scottish citizens. EU President, Gerritt Jaap Espen called
UK’s actions “illegal” yesterday after leaving a meeting with his advisors.

UK Gunship Shoots at Refugee Ship Crossing the English Channel, Killing 33
16.03.2039. Last night, at approximately 4 am (UTC), the United Kingdom’s Royal Navy shot
down a refugee ship crossing the English Channel. Reports suggest that the 33 Libyans from
Tripoli who were escaping the current hostile conditions of their country due to climate change
have been killed. The statement from the British authorities claimed that it was looking after its
national interests. The statement also shifted the complete blame on the European Union for letting
any ship pass through the English Channel, endangering the refugees. EU representative, Marcon
Lumière called the British authorities as barbaric in a press release following the British statement.
France has announced a day of mourning for the refugees.
UK, EU, and Samsung Sign Strategic Deal to Build Hyper-loop Across English Channel
23.05.2039. After the UK-EU-Samsung’s rencontrer et saluer, a friendship solution proposed by
Samsung started on 10th March of this year. The three parties have signed the deal to build a hyper-
loop across the English Channel. A joint press release claimed that the main reason for this
friendship is because of the mutual attitude of the three parties towards peace and modernity. The
World Refugee Organization (WRO) has critiqued the EU for signing the deal, accusing the EU
for “selling out refugees” for the Samsung investment in the EU.
Bering Strait Crossing Construction on Hold
15.06.2039. President Martina Litty tweeted on Monday morning in which she condemned Russian
activities and called President Svetlana’s rule authoritarian. This tweet was a direct response to the
recent protests by refugees in Russia, who have been subjected to unfair pay and working
conditions. President Litty further announced that the United States is putting a hold on the Bering
Strait Crossing’s construction until refugees are given their due civil rights. One of the major
criticism of President Litty’s decision is by Mitsubishi, who was given the contract for the Bering
Strat Crossing’s construction.

President Litty Imposes Sanctions on Saudi Aramco, Calls on Others to Follow
26.06.2039. The White House announced that the United States of America is imposing sanctions
on Saudi Aramco after it declared martial law in Saudi Arabia. The White House spokesperson
expressed that President Litty does not approve of the undemocratic and illegal takeover by Saudi
Aramco and wishes that US allies will follow her footsteps. Consequently, Columbia, Egypt, EU,
Australia, Venezuela, Libya, and the UAE have also imposed sanctions. Canada’s prime minister,
Robert Dickenson called out the US as an anti-modernist country, saying that President Litty will
regret her actions.
Wahhabi Insurgency Leader Describes Saudi Aramco CEO As “Disgusting Sodomite”
28.06.2039. Sufyan ul Khatak, the leader of the Wahabi school, expressed his deep displeasure of
the Arabian state as it is today. “We are God-fearing people. God has not made man to be with
man.” He further went on describing Darius Christiansen, the CEO of Saudi Aramco as a
“disgusting sodomite,” referring to Christiansen’s relationship with his partner, Antoni Ven Ness.
Khatak has called on to his followers to rise and fight against Saudi Aramco’s western views.
Exiled Prince Claims UK Broke Their Commitments to the Kingdom
02.07.2039. Prince Khalid bin Salman Al Saud, who is currently seeking assylum in Dubai, called
out to the United Kingdom to support the Saudi Royal family against Saudi Aramco. He recalled
how the UK once fought along with his ancestors to win Saudi Arabia from the Ottomans. “We
are sitting here waiting for our allies to come forward and help us gain what is truly ours,”
continued the Saudi prince. The prince also added that since the formation of Saudi Arab was with
the UK, but UK is now breaking their commitment to the Saudi Kingdom by not actively doing
anything about the issue at hand.
Expert: Saudi Aramco Had to Takeover Saudi Arabia Because of Declining Profits
06.07.2039. Tina Fe, economist and solid waste management senior fellow in the London School
of Economics, has talked about how Saudi Aramco’s takeover of Saudi Arab was an economic
decision more than anything else. Fe said that as the world was moving away from fossil fuel usage
to fuel produced by waste processing in the majority of the developed countries, as well as
renewable resources, Saudi Aramco was faced by a masssive decline in profits. “It is simple, the
demand for the product fell, and all the major buyers were moving away from Saudi oil to what
was good for the environment. Saudi Aramco needed to overthrow the Saudi royal family in order
to survive,” claimed Fe.
Russia Begins Bombing Grozny, President Svetlana Promises a Quick Defeat of the
Terrorists
19.07.2039. Following the statewide protests by the refugees in Russia, “anti-terrorist” attacks
from the Russian government have killed 150 refugees in the past two weeks. The first bombing
took place at Market Лучший (or Market Best), which killed 25 refugees, women and children
included. The recent bombing was near the local mosque in Moscow, killing 75 people who were
inside praying the dawn prayer. President Svetlana announced that soon, there will be an end to

2
the refugee terrorism, and no Russian’s life will be in danger. She also added that this is to be
treated as a national emergency, and the Russian army will take over security until terrorism is no
longer present in Russia.
VEP Recognizes Sovereignty of the “Republic of Saudi Arabia”
09.08.2037. Vancouver Economic Partnership (VEP) has officially recognized Saudi Aramco as
the Republic of Saudi Arabia, supporting the claim of Saudi Aramco as “legitimate.” After
declaring martial law, Saudi Aramco claimed the country as an “asset.” Speculations are that since
Saudi Aramco had strong support from Canada, VEP has become the first entity to recognize the
company as the Republic of Saudi Arabia officially.
Riot Breaks Out in Anchorage, Protesters Demand Lifting of Refugee Ban
15.08.2037. Public riots have surfaced Anchorage, Alaska, after the conditions of Asian Alliance
Association (AAA), the Asian refugee representation in Alaska, were not met by the US
government. Asian refugees now outnumber native residents 2:1. The AAA had demanded that
the ban on refugee inflow in Alaska be lifted. The government had not responded to the AAA
demand, causing protests to break out. Two days after AAA announced public demonstrations,
Alaskan senator, Bonnie Bennet, released a statement: “Due to these riots and the limited capacity
of the local government in Anchorage to deal with such massive riots, the government cannot risk
the lives of the US citizens by letting more refugees come in.” Bennet referred to the inflow of the
refugees as a potential security issue, which cannot be taken lightly.
President Litty Threatens to Nationalize Massive Mitsubishi-BYD Iowa Solar Farm
19.08.2039. Following the massive backlash by Mitsubishi’s CEO, Ayano Iwasaki after the USA
stopped constructions for the Bering Strait Crossing, President Litty today tweeted that if
Mitsubishi remains on the same path of criticizing the US, she will be forced to nationalize the
Mitsubishi-BYD Iowa Solar Farm. The Solar Farm is the largest and most advanced of its time,
and generates the highest revenue of all Mitsubishi assets in the US. It was built in a joint
partnership between Mitsubishi and BYD. Nationalizing the plant would significantly damage the
relations between the two, as well as BYD, and might stop other on-going Mitsubishi projects in
the US and potentially prove to be a huge financial loss to Mitsubishi. The VEP spokesperson
responded, “President Litty is not realizing the consequences of her words. This simply cannot
happen. Mitsubishi’s sovereignty will be threatened. This is unacceptable.” BYD has also released
a statement, condemning the threat.
Miami Resettlement Commences As Sea Encroaches
01.09.2039. The US government has announced that the Miami Resettlement will take place on
the 10th of September this year in order to provide a safe zone for the US citizens of Miami.
Thousands of US citizens along the Gulf and Atlantic coasts have been displaced due to a series
of tsunamis in the past five years. On top of this, international climate refugees have also moved
towards the US to escape the deteriorating climate conditions in their countries, causing massive
chaos at the US borders. Although President Litty had opened borders and resettled many refugees,
the US has now adopted a ban on the inflow of external climate refugees, due to the massive

3
portion of the US populace being displaced itself. The Miami Resettlement is a government
scheme to provide permanent and safe housing for US citizens. The US President talked to the
CNN news reporter, emphasizing the need for revision and redesign of the UN Resolution 3896,
which directly dealt with the climate refugees.
Accusations Fly: Who is Funding the Wahhabis?
03.09.2039. The Wahhabi movement led by Sufyan ul Khatak is recognized by the VEP as a
terrorist insurgency. The insurgency started not long ago, but has grown fast, with hundreds of its
followers coming on streets and rebelling against Saudi Aramco. Many speculate, including the
VEP, that Dubai Islamic Bank is currently funding the insurgency. Dubai Islamic Bank has been
closely associated with the Saudi Royal family, and they still have strong relations. On the other
hand, the Wahabi insurgency is benefitting, if all, the Al-Sauds the most, by being the only local
opposition in Saudi Arabia. However, Dubai Islamic Bank has completely rejected the accusation,
with its CEO, GurMehar Nagpal, saying that as a VEP member, and being progressive-Muslim, it
is unimaginable to find, “anything wrong in our conduct.”
Car Bomb Explodes Outside VEP HQ, Kills Top Diplomat
14.09.2039. Theresa Lisbon, Dubai Islamic Bank representative, was killed last night as she was
exiting the VEP headquarters. Official police inquiry reports confirm that the blast that killed her
was caused by a car bomb. CCTV cameras recorded a white BYD e2 parked near the VEP Head
Quarters. Miss Lisbon was said to be attending a hearing for the recent accusations on Dubai
Islamic Bank for funding terrorist activities in Saudi Arab. According to a statement released by
Dubai Islamic Bank, Miss Lisbon was sent to defend the case, and assure VEP members that Dubai
Islamic Bank has been wrongly accused. Although the perpetrator is unknown, many countries
have risen to blame the refugees, adding one more layer to the negative image that has recently
started building for climate refugees. The bank itself has indicated that the attack was by Saudi
Aramco, reacting to the wrongful accusation of the bank’s affiliation with the Wahabi movement.
Profiles in Excellence: Who is Darius Christiansen?
18.09.2039. Darius Christiansen, a 49 years old CEO of Saudi Aramco, has been subjected to the
limelight ever since Mitsubishi Energy's success while he was the CEO there in the late 2020s.
The some-30ish years old was seen as charming and described as a tycoon in the business world.
The spotlight for Christiansen grew even brighter when he came out and announced that he will
be marrying his long term partner, Antoni Van Ness. Darius was breaking all the barriers, rising
as a leader of success and fame with his brain and his sexuality’s openness. This, however, also
brought criticism. Many orthodox religious figures and leaders criticized Christiansen’s private
life and asked other allies to follow. However, success was only just beginning for Darius. In 2032,
Darius left Mitsubishi Energy to joined Saudi Aramco, much to everyone’s surprise as Saudi
Aramco was seen as a failing enterprise. Fast-forward to today, Saudi Aramco has taken over the
country of Saudi Arab, making it the company with the largest assets owned in the world. Was it
all because of Darius “brilliance’? What is next for the ever-charming Darius Christiansen?

SARF Claims Wildfires a “Sign From God” About President Eduardo
25.10.2039. The president of South America Refugee Front (SARF), Andre Johnson, talked from
the capital of the new refugee country of Costa Caribbean, criticizing world leaders for not doing
enough for the climate refugees. Johnson also talked for about 40 minutes about the link between
President Anna Felipe and the wildfires of South America. Johnson said, “God made us. Changing
how humans have been born is defying God. The wrath of God is upon us. These wildfires and
tsunamis are signs from God,” referring to President Felipe’s gender transition. The Costa
Caribbean president also added to his argument that President Felipe is a symbol of what a human
should not be. Johnson’s speech has had a major criticism from the All Women Organization
(AWO) and the LGBTQ+ community, with millions of people calling Johnson to step down. Many
critics have suggested that this was a tactic to gain recognition for Costa Caribbean’s legitimacy.
Moscow on High-Alert After Police Recovers Bombs in Metro
07.10.2039. The Russian capital, Moscow, has been flooded by the Russian military for the past
three months, maintaining extremely tight security. The Russian authorities have carried out
regular “anti-terrorist attacks” by bombing local refugee shelters and settlements, calling them
terrorist production sites. The recent count by the UNHCR suggested that between 1000-2000
refugees have been killed. The most recent attack has been in the Moscow Metro. The train was
traveling from zone 3 to zone 7 at night, mainly filled with refugees. The authorities from the US,
Philippines, Columbia, and Kazakhstan have openly criticized President Svetlana Turgenev and
called for the Russian government to end the Russian operation.
Canada Urges Global Community to “Respect” Saudi Aramco’s Rights, Condemns
Wahhabi Insurgents
10.10.2039. The Canadian Prime Minister, Robert Dickenson, gave a speech on the Annual New
Canada Day, calling the world to condemn the Wahabi insurgency and its illegal demands. This
was in direct support for Saudi Aramco, as Dickenson went on saying, “I have good friends in
Saudi Aramco. Darius in my good friend. I am telling you all my fellow Canadians, Darius is the
way to go. Open your eyes and see the world is changing. Everyone must respect and accept Saudi
Aramco’s sovereignty over Saudia Arabia.”
Bayer Farms Likened to “Concentration Camps”
15.10.2039. Canada’s refugee resettlement policy in 2031, Maison de camp, sent all climate
refugees in Canada to Bayer “farm camps.” These camps were set up all over large swathes of
Canada because as the icy conditions warmed due to climate change, new arable land suddenly
appeared. The Maison de camp was marketed as a safe-zone resettlement scheme for the refugees,
however, the recent Human Rights Watch and UNHCR records suggest that the camps are
anything but a “safe zone.” Jishnu Khan from Human Rights Watch called Bayer farms a second
generation of concentration camps and pointed to the company’s historic affiliation with the Nazi
Party during World War II. Thousands of refugees from all across the globe are kept in these small
camps and made to work 13-14 hours a day on Bayer farms. Bayer farms, once looked upon as the

5
solution to solve the food crisis, are now swallowing the lives of climate refugees. Similar
accusations are also being leveled against Nestle’s farms in Russia and Greenland.

between many countries and companies. The pro-company attitude runs in the family, with his
wife being on Bayer’s Board of Directors. Though a self-defined “modernist,” Dickenson as shown
support for any climate refugee policies as he was opposed to adding human rights provisions in
Resolution 3896, which could potentially cause harm to businesses due to strict regulations.
US Economy Prospers But Climate Refugee Ban Makes Wall Street Nervous
20.10.2039. Despite being pro-refugee, the US government has had to implement a climate refugee
ban to ensure the safety of people within the US borders. Although funds have been directed
towards the resettlement of refugees and internally displaced US citizens, due to the high inflow
of people, administrative and financial problems have been on the rise. This has had an indirect
impact on Wall Street, as civil war and riots due to the ban has created a sense of uncertainty, and
there are speculations that companies are planning on scaling down their operations. Another
reason for investors’ nervousness can be due to the fact that the ban on refugees will reduce labor
supply for company operations, such as for Bayer’s farms. The internal chaos between VEP
members as also not helped matters. Since the climate refugee migration started, companies like
Bayer have reputedly exploited thousands of refugees as cheap laborers, who have been paid far
less for extreme work hours.
Refugees Declare Independence: Costa Caribbean Claims Maracaibo as Capital
01.10.2039. Following the recent surge of anti-refugee waves across the globe, the South-America
Refugee Front (SARF) declared independence as the state of Costa Caribbean on the 31st of March
2039. The head of the new state, Andrew Johnson, announced in the first press-release at
Maracaibo (the state’s capital) that his government will not back down from ensuring basic human
rights for the 2.4 million climate refugees residing in the newly established territory. Johnson also
spent a portion of his speech accusing President Felipe of discrimination against the Christian
displaced community. Johnson further goes into saying, “the Black Church prays that the
Colombian president stops playing like a girl, and act like a man.” The Columbian government
has yet to release a statement.

2039, congratulating Andrew Johnson, President of the State of Costa Caribbean, on the “massive
victory” of declaring independence. Baryshnikov expressed that Bayer AG believed in “working
with and for” the refugees in the current climate crisis. After discussing the upcoming
sustainability initiatives by Bayer that cater to the risk of a potential famine across South America
in the upcoming decade, Baryshnikov extended an official invitation of Costa Caribbean
representatives and President Johnson to discuss the needs of the new state. The global media is
calling this another Saudi Aramco-like situation, hinting a possible takeover by Bayer of the newly
established state.
Saudi Aramco Recognizes Costa Caribbean
26.10.2039. In the morning press-conference, at Dhahran, Darius Christiansen, the CEO of Saudi
Arabian Oil Company, announced Saudi Arabia recognizing Costa Caribbean as a separate
independent Christian refugee state. Saudi Arabia is the first Arab country to recognize the new
state. Darius Christiansen talked about the importance of creating a chain of modernization, where
“modern countries help the less modern” into achieving the most efficient sustainability planning
and policies. While addressing global media, the CEO said, “Not telling the right truth is not an
option now. The media should see that the world is changing. Saudi Aramco can see a better future
through modernization, and that is what we want for the rest of the world.” Christiansen further
indicated that many investors have shown great interest in Saudi Arabia, and soon those investors
will be revealed.
Emergency Evacuation of Caracas, Venezuela, as Rain-forest Fire Gets Dangerously Close
02.10.2039. The rapidly charging Venezuelan Rain-Forest fire finally reached the El Ávila
National Park on the 09th of August 2039, forcing the populace of Caracas to evacuate the city.
Although in a mountainous range, with lower temperatures than other Venezuelan cities, the
deteriorating global climate caused a massive forest fire in Caracas. The park was home to many
endangered animals and birds and consisted of 1800 different plant species. The displaced
population of Caracas is migrating to the republic of Columbia and Costa Caribbean to take refuge.
Though Columbia has opened its borders to a small percentage of refugees, the government of
Costa Caribbean has only released a statement that it is “looking into the problem,” but the borders
are not open to the displaced population. This has forced my displaced refugees to be stuck in
northern and northwestern Venezuela, without adequate food supplies as the Venezuelan
government has declared that there it does not have enough supplies to cater to the displaced
population.
Millions of Caribbean Refugees Flood Mainland Americas
09.09.2039. Millions of Carribean refugees have found a new home on the American mainland.
Reports indicate hundreds of deaths, especially among children, caused by food shortages. Though
some countries like Venezuela and the US have been open to the refugee influx, Guatemala and
Mexico have issued a strict closed border policy. The officials from Guatemala and Mexico both

7
have indicated the loss of crops as the reason for the closed border. Enrique Stephane, the President
of Mexico released the statement on the 04th of October, saying that although he and his people
are praying for the refugees, he cannot endanger the lives of Mexican citizens by letting “outsiders”
from Carribbeans in. Staphane has been criticized greatly in the global media about closing the
Mexican border. The Youth Refugee Movement’s chairperson, Salama Muhammad, has called
Staphane an “evil person” who is killing millions of refugees through his actions.
