1. As a top-level manager, what will be Gilbert’s role?

Gilbert's roles and responsibilities as a top-level manager is to controll and oversee the
entire company. He develop goals, strategic plans, company polices and make decisions
on the direction of the business.

2. As a middle manager, what can Aurora contribute?

Aurora's contribution as a middle manager is to execute organizational plans, define and
discuss information and policies, also she is responsible for inspiring and providing
guidance to low-level managers.

3. As a cashier and finance staff, what can Nerie do?

Nerie's responsibility as a cashier and finance staff is to manage transactions with
customers using cash registers, collect payments whether in cash or credit, issue
receipts, refunds, change or tickets, redeem stamps and coupons cr,oss-sell products
and introduce new one, greet customers when entering or leaving the stor, maintain
clean and tidy checkout areas, and track transactions on balance sheets and report any
discrepancies

4. How about the two helpers? How can they contribute to the overall business plan?
Yasmin and Amir roles are to provide assistance to the store manager in his day-to-day
tasks, greet welcome customers to the store in a pleasant manner, assist store staff in
displaying products in an easy-to-locate manner, assist and help customers, inspect nb
items and products for any breakages or damages, assist stores staff in managing
inventory controls, maintain the store area neat and clean and sanitized, and handle
safely and delicately the items and products in a store

5. From whom will strategic direction come?
Strategic direction come from top-level managers, such as CEOs or presidents, they will
design and execute strategic plans to paint a picture of the desired future and long-term
goals of the organization.

6. Who would be responsible for the operation plan?

Operational plans sit at the bottom of the totem pole; they are the plans that are made by
frontline, or low-level, managers. All operational plans are focused on the specific
procedures and processes that occur within the lowest levels of the organization.
