HAWAIIAN STYLE
Spam musubi is every Hawaii locals
favorite childhood snack, including
mine. I knew that taking just one bite
of a spam musubi would make my 2010
family & I feel like we are back home
on the islands. Spam is not so popular
in the mainland so I thought it would
be cool to share a taste of my home
with my classmates.

ENJOY!
“It tastes good because I haven’t eaten it in so
long. But it tastes so salty because my taste buds
changed. It definitely hits the spot! Yummy

“Honestly really love the musubi.

It was a bit salty from the shoe but
the sugar helped a bit and rice
evened it out. Rice was just right,
not hard or soft and mushy it was
just right. Spam was a bit burnt
but it gave it a good taste in a
unique way. I used to sell musubi
but i didn’t make the sauce from
scratch instead I used teriyaki. I
must say with a little more
practice and consistency, sauce
will be great and overall musubi
will taste better than it is already”
FEEDBACK FROM OGGI’S WORKERS

• “Dude is that a musubi? Where the heck did you get it

• “Ugh i’ll just take a bite” -Drew *ends up eating the

whole musubi* “This is so bomb. I eat it from L&L here
but it’s a bit expensive and I haven’t gone in a while so
thank you for giving me one. Can you send me the
recipe?”
