12 P.V.C. DOORS SHUTTERS & FRAMES
12.1 Providing, fitting and fixing 40mm x 48mm wood reinforced PVC r.m.
chowkaths fixed to the columns / stiffeners / walls with necessary hold fast
/ sleeves etc. as specified and directed at all levels.
12.2 Providing, fitting and fixing 24mm/ 29mm thick polymer reinforced
moulded PVC door shutters fixed to the chowkaths with necessary hinges,
screws, bolts etc. as specified and directed at all levels (Door fixtures and
fittings to be measured and paid separately)

12.3 Providing, fitting and fixing PVC door frame of Duroplast make DPF-5060 r.m.
make suitable for DPS-3720 made from extruded PVC multichamber
hollow section having dimensions of 50mm x 60mm (Tolerance + 1mm).
Horizontal and vertical sections shall be joined by steel screws after
inserting M.S.tubular rectangular galvanised L-shaped brackets of size
100mm x 100mm or plastic brackets of size 75mm x 75mm with metred
cut at the corners. Hinge sid eof the frame shall be reinforced with M.S.
Tubular section of size 40mm x 20mm. The frame will be fized to the
column/stiffner/wall with the help of 3 nos 75mm long and 4mm dia steel
screws and expandable fasteners on each side of the door frame
complete in all respects as specified and directed at all levels.

12.4 Providing, fitting and fixing PVC Door shutters of Duroplast DPS 3720 Sq.m
make made from extruded PVC stiles and rails made from rigid PVC
multicavity hollow chamber section of size 90mm x 37mm (Tolerance +
1mm). The corners of the stiles and rails shall be metred out and fixed to
each other with the help of solid plastic L-shaped brackets or M.S.
rectangular tubular galvanised two nos of size 200mm x 100mm and
100mm x 100mm at each corner by self tapping steel screws. PVC
multicavity hollow section of size 105mm x 37mm shall be fized in the
middle by aluminium cleat and steel screws as lock rail. The section frame
shall then be filled with PVC panels of approved colour of size 100mm x
20mm. Then two numbers of bright steel rods of 6mm diameter shall be
inserted horizontally through stiles and panels with two numbers of
checknuts and washers all complete as specified and directed at all
levels. (Door fiztures and fittings to be measured and paid separately).
12.5 Providing, fitting and fixing PVC Door shutters of 37mm (single panel Sq.m
seamless finish) of Syntex make, at all levels made of extruded sections
in the cinfiguration of 'A'. The overall dimension is 37mm x 90mm, with
usual process variation having a wall thickness of 2mm with a variation of
+ 0.03mm provided with all plastic reinforcement to avoid rusting. The
shutter frame is mitred and joined at the corners by means of stainless
steel screws. The corners of the shutter frame are being reinforced by
polymeric reinforcement of the size 125mm x 250mm and the lock rail is
reinforced by 45 x 18 x 255 size reinforcement. The lock rail is made of
extruded hollow PVC section in the configuration of 'H' having wall
thickness of 2mm with a variation of = 0.03mm and effective dimension of
37mm x 105mm. The infill is made of multi-chambered hollow PVC
extruded panel having an effective dimension of 762mm x 20mm or less
as per requirement with usual process variation having a wall thickness of
1mm =0.03mm. The entire door shutter should be provided with S.S.
screws at appropriate places for rust free quality. (Door fixtures and
fittings to be measured and paid separately)

12.6 Providing, fitting and fixing Syntex PVC door frame made out of extruded r.m.
PVC section in an overall size of 50mm x 60mm having multi chamber
cross section with maximum wall thickness of 2mm, +0.3mm with special
polymeric reinforcement having an overall size of 30mm x 25mm width,
150mm length at hardware location. The corner joints shall be either mitre
cut and welded or joined by means of concealed cleats with necessary
screws fittings.

12.7 Providing, fitting and fixing Fibre Glass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) of Sq.m
National Associates make door shutters fixed to the door frames
(chowkath) with necessary hiunges, screws, bolts etc. as specified and
directed at all levels. (Shutter thickness 32mm-36mm). (Door fixtures and
fittings to be measured and paid separately.)

12.8 Providing, fitting and fixing Fibre Glass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) of
National Associates make door frames (chowkhats) fixed to the
columns/stiffeners/walls with necessary holdfast/sleeves etc. as specified
and directed at all levels.
