How it works?
The following stakeholders shall be participants/ stakeholders of this platform:
1. Employer (Issuer)
2. Employee (Beneficiary)
3. Third Party Agencies^ (Verifier)
^ - Verifier can be either be another Employer or any other third-party verification agency.

EMPLOYEE can then make use of these verified certificate, SHARE them through the
platform for their compliance needs (Higher education or Employment).

Who can use this?
•The platform enables the HR team to secure all their sensitive employee data related
to recruitments, pay, healthcare policies, tax deduction certificates, promotions,
disciplinary records, performance records, expense reimbursement, investment
records and the releiving letter in one place till the employee exits the organization.
•Helps them improve recruitment processes, determine the accuracy of a potential
Employer employee’s work and education history. Make better decisions and allow strong
performers to rise to the top.
Benefits
I. Employment records uploaded and managed on the platform are more
secure and resistant to “physical wear and tear” than paper documents.
II. Employment records are seamless and efficiently transferred and shared
among parties (employer, employee and any third-party agency) fostering
worldwide visibility.
III. Employment records referred from the platform is tamper proof, stored and
secured by the employers directly.
IV. Employment records are in the distributed ledger which can be accessed
anytime by the beneficiary and the chances of them not available is almost
nil.
V. Immutability of block-chain makes it nearly impossible for changes to be
made to the document/certificate.

How do we start?
1. Proof of Concept
2. Full-fledged Implementation
o Evaluate output of the POC, decide to move on with larger scope and
expanded data sets.
o Define a larger period like last 10 years or more, authenticate and archive
all the document /certificates issued during that period.
o Allow public access to the secured block-chain portal and make it part of
your website.
o Allow employees and other employers to use the Blockchain Portal to
authenticate and verify the certificates issued by your institution.
