Description :
In 1956, the Sbarro family opened their first Salumeria (Italian grocery store) in Brooklyn. In
1967, Sbarro opened its first mall-based restaurant in Brooklyn's Kings Plaza Shopping Center,
marking the birth of the modern Sbarro concept: delicious, fresh and authentic Italian food in an
open kitchen that allowed for fast self service. Since 1967, the King's Plaza business model has
been replicated over 1,000 times - helping Sbarro expand throughout the U.S, and the rest of the
world.

Responsibility Included:

 Involved in Load Monitoring of Daily, weekly, and Monthly, Data Loads using Process Chains.
 Monitoring periodic data loads from R/3,flat file to data targets using RSPCM, RSMO, SM37
and SM50.
 Involved in performance tuning by creating indexes and aggregates, Roll up data from info cubes
to aggregates.
 Scheduled the PSA deletion and Change Log Table deletion jobs.

from around the world have evolved from rare specialty items to become essential staples in the
culinary pantry of North America.

Responsibility Included:
 Designed the objects according to the technical specifications.
 Used DSO to stage the data before transferring the DSO contents to the InfoCube.
 Extensively worked on Data Warehousing Workbench to customize the Info objects, InfoCubes, DSO
Objects, Data Sources, Transformations, DTPs, InfoPackages, and MultiProviders
 Worked on building process chains for sequential background scheduling of Master Data,
