just double-click on the Photoshop icon to
install your free trial.

4. Once the installer has finished, you’re all set!

5. Simply double-click to open any of our PSD

files, and you’ll be good to go!

4
FONTS

Download & Install Fonts

Great fonts can be hard to find, especially

for free. That’s why we’ve included a folder
of free, ready-to-install fonts with our
template pack.

1. To get started, open the included Fonts folder

2. Fonts usually appear as a collection of .ttf or

.otf files. To install them, simply select all of
the files you want to install and double-click
if you’re using a mac or right click and hit
“install” if you’re a windows user.

3. That’s all there is to it! You may need to close

and re-open Adobe Photoshop for your new
fonts to appear.

5
TEXT

Edit Template Text

We’ve done our best to include great placeholder text

that you can easily edit. Sometimes you might just want
to change a word or two, other times you might want to
change an entire paragraph, and the font.

Here’s how:

1. To edit text in Photoshop, simply

open the app and press “T”. This will
select the Type tool. If you prefer,
you can also select the “T” icon
from the toolbar.

2. Once your mouse cursor has

changed to a text cursor (that looks
like an uppercase letter “I”), just click
on any text you’d like to change.

3. You can also double-click on the “T”

icon in the Layers window.

4. That’s it! Starting typing away to add

your own text, and highlight any text
you would like to change to a different
font using the Character window.

6
IMAGES

Add your own photos using Smart Objects

All of our templates use Smart Objects, which make it really easy
to add your own images without changing the shape, layout or
effects on an image.

1. Find the image you want to replace in the Layers Window.

These will usually be named “Edit this” and will be colored blue.

2. Double-click the thumbnail of this layer, it will open up as a

new Photoshop document.

3. Simply drag-and-drop, or copy-and-paste your image into this

document. Make any other changes you would like, and then
hit SAVE. (Make sure not to click Save As, as you want to save
the original document.)

4. That’s it! Your new image will appear in the template, keeping
its size, shape, layout and any effects.

5. Repeat for as many images as you like.

7
SAVE

Save your files as ready to upload

images for Social Media

Saving in Adobe Photoshop is easy. Here, we recommend that you

save everything so that it’s optimised for Social Media. For static
images, we always recommend saving as JPEG.

1. Once you’ve finished editing,

and you’re happy with your
design, at the top of your screen,
just click FILE, go to EXPORT
and then SAVE FOR WEB.

2. Here you’ll get an array of options, but the only ones you need
to check are in the top-right of the window:
File format: JPEG
Quality: 80
Optimised: Yes

3. Click SAVE, name your file and you’re good to go. Your new
JPEG file is ready to upload to any Social Media Platform
or website.

8
ARTBOARDS

How to use and edit artboards

For any of our products that include Artboards, we

wanted to share a little explanation about what these
are and how to use them in Adobe Photoshop or
Illustrator, as these are a relatively new feature.

1. If the file ends with .PSD, then it is designed to be

edited with Adobe Photoshop. If the files ends with
.AI, then it is made to use with Adobe Illustrator.

2. Open either file that you would prefer to edit, and

you will see a collection of artboards in varying
sizes. The layers window is the same as usual, only
it is now split by artboards.

3. To add your images, simply go to FILE and

PLACE, or just drag-and-drop your image directly
into one of the artboards. Once you have your
artboards looking good and ready to share, go to
FILE and EXPORT AS to save these artboards as
individual JPEGs, ready to upload to your brands
Social Media page.
