Source of Water:
Plant is designed based on 200ppm TDS &50 ppm raw water hardness.

Treated Water Quality

The approximate quality of treated water is as follows considered for design of
system.

Turbidity : Nil
pH : 7.00 to 7.5
TDS : Less than 200 ppm
Total Hardness : 50 ppm as CaCo3

Based on your requirements we have constructed the following scheme

Filtration:-

For filtration we offer you Dual Media Filter to remove the turbidity of the water. The
unit is filled with multi-grade sand filtering media and carbon filled media. The unit
will take care of suspended solids up to 50 ppm present in raw water and also free
chlorine media in Raw Water. This Water is then passed through primary micron
filter of 5 micron to reduce the particulate matter.

Terms and Conditions:

Schedule of Exclusions:
1. Drain sump & pipes or channels.
2. Storage tanks for raw &treated water.
3. Fire Fighting Equipment.
4. Any civil works including building, shed, foundations etc.
5. External wiring, earthing or any electrical jobs.
6. Temporary power supply during construction and erection of plant.
7. Any other services/equipment not specifically mentioned.
8. Detailed design of foundations and architectures fee for building, site Plan/site
development etc.
9. Insurance of plant and machinery during erection and commissioning.

Assumptions:
1. Feed water must be controlled as per limiting conditions prescribed.
2. Feed waters will be same as per initial water quality test report.
3. Plant is operated as per our instructions.
4. Electrical & mechanical safety check points are adhered to.
5. Backwash cleaning with / without chemicals is done regularly.

Warranty:
The equipments supplied are warranted for a period of one year from the date of
supply & we will provide all the services at your site.
Equipment warranty is valid against defective workmanship and/or poor performance
of the system only. Our liability is limited to repair or replace the same and subject to
any wear & tear or supply of consumables andspares due to regular operation of the
system.
Our warranty shall be null & void if:-

1) Raw water worst than analysis report.

2) Faulty operation is found.
3) Damaged by accident, electrical faults, natural calamity
4) Any tempering/attempt to repair by unauthorized person.
5) Subject to Force Majeure.
