OBJECTIVE:
To simulate a real excavation and analysis of found artifacts.
MATERIALS:

 Excavation Block
 Tools
 Pen
 Worksheet
INSTRUCTIONS:
Carefully read through the worksheet. Once done proceed to slowly dig through the excavation
block. Proceed with cautions because some artifact may be fragile. Once an artifact has been found
don’t forget to mark it on your worksheet. Feel free to examine the artifact once it has been fully
unearthed. If there are no more artifacts found, deduce the scenario on what you think happened
in that area and write it down on the insights section of the worksheet.
