OBJECTIVE

1. PRODUCT LABEL:
The label must contain the following information
• Brand
• Product name
• Date of production
• Due date
• Production batch
• List of ingredients
• Manufacturer information
• Origen Country
• Product Weight
• Barcode
• Nutritional Facts.

2.1. Product Name (Brand), manufacturer's name and must indicate it “is fit for
human consumption and free sales in their country of origin”.
2.2. The time of validity of the document will be write it. If does not show the
expiration date will be one year from the date of issuance.
2.3. The FSC will need to be apostille stamp obtained at the place of origin by a
Ministry and be of Justice or Foreign Affairs.
If there is not a Ministry in the Country of Origin, the Consular Offices of Panama
corresponding Country of Origin of the product must to authenticated and is
required to be certified by the Department of Authentication and Legalization of
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Panama

The qualitative and quantitative formula must contain the list of ingredients and
their percentage (%) in the final composition of the product to complete 100%.
The ingredients must agree entirely with the writings on the label. They must be
in the same order and called identical on the label and the qualitative-quantitative
formula.
