Marketing Mix

Regarding the aim of this project we will be taking a more holistically integrated approach in
the marketing aspect where we will be debating the marketing mix, also known as the four P’s,
price, products, place, and promotions.

Price:
Parents of autistic children will have to provide a minor donation upon entry that will go to the
autism care centers that J&J has partnered with for this event.

Products:
Increase of public awareness, the empowerment of the families who have autistic children,
financial support towards the autism centers which will go toward increasing their capacity,
constantly increase our SMI, reduce the number of children on waiting list.

Place:
Partner with an autism center where we will be sponsoring an event for the autistic children in
the Academy Part in Umm-Suqueim, Dubai, United Aram Emirates. That is a popular spot for
people to go to when they want to open outside markets and activities, or even charities.

Promotions:
Build promotions that will help society be more aware of the autistic population here in the
United Arab Emirates. This will be including promotions on social media, advertisements, and
public relations.

Tactics:
These will include a variety of e-mail to public, direct mail to parents with autistic children
derived from the autism center itself, media relations, mobile marketing by creating interesting
video and image content, press release, events marketing, and traditional media advertising.
Regarding all of these tactics, they need to be put together in order to avoid “message
confusion” and “to be more effective in its reach”.

Events and Public Relations:


Events:
Coordinate speeches and events to the public this will be provided online and physical flyers
that will be handed months prior to the event in order to have people of all ages volunteer in
our awareness plot.

Public Relations:
organizing press releases that will be touching enough for every reader, in order to indulge
everyone emotionally as this will create empathy and broad awareness to the cause.

Games:
J&J will add fun gaming stations that all of the autistic children will get excited about, make it a
full fun day for them, some games will have to involve the parents to join in in order to feel
their children’s happiness.

Some games will be competitive like Tug-on-a-Rope, Beanbag-Toss, Mini Basketball, Mini
Football, and Twister.

Online tactic:
electronic version of the brochures as an ad on social media outlets such as Facebook, Twitter,
Instagram, emails, as well as a video ad on YouTube.

Budget:
This will be 5% of the profit of the annual sales in the United Arab Emirates on only January and
February.

Advertising:
Advertising will include digital media as well as tradition medias, as well as print media.
