4.1.14 1st class brick nogged wall 112 mm thick in lime mortar in Sq.m 465.30
prop. 1 lime : 2 fine sand including racking out joints and
curing etc. complete as directed ( protruding M.S. rod/ Tor
steel of column to be embedde in cement mortar and will be
measured and paid separately) in superstructure upto 1st
floor level.
4.1.15 R.B. walling in prop. 1 : 3 reinforced with H.B. wire netting
made of 20-Gauge G.I. wire (diamond shape) in walls,
railings, drop walls, parapet, fins, bands, mullions from
ground floor level in superstructure upto 1st floor level
including racking out joints and curing etc complete as
directed (Protruding rods of columns to be tied with H.B. wire
netting) .

(a) 112 mm thick walls reinforced with H.B. wire netting in Sq.m 803.03
every third course.
(b) 75 mm thick walls reinforced with H.B. wire netting in Sq.m 616.11
every alternate course.

4.2.1 Stone masonary work in retaining wall, wing wall,
abutment, foundation, steps, plinth etc. in cem,ent
mortar in prop 1:6 with levelling course of 1:6:12 with
both faces hammer dressed including bonding, providing
face stone, through stone and centering including
racking of joints, curing and supplying and all carriage of
stone as directed including payment of forest royalty and
saleas tax and carriage.
