Carry this booklet with you. Times listed and the sequence of events may
change due to weather or crowd conditions, so please be flexible. Only
your Director or a Music Travel Consultants Escort (if applicable) will
announce schedule changes. Times listed are local in each place.

FRIDAY, OCT. 25 TRAVEL DAY L, D

5:00am Load the Coaches
Board the charter coach with everything you will need for the trip. You
may also bring a blanket and pillow for comfort.
5:30am Depart the School
Depart for the journey by charter coach. Several rest stops, and a driver
change (if applicable) will be made along the way. Get some rest for the
busy days ahead.
TBD Lunch En Route
Meal money will be provided for a quick service lunch along the way.

There will be a 1-hour time change to Eastern Standard Time en route to
Indianapolis.

Meal money will be provided for a quick service dinner along the way.

8:00pm Hotel Check-in
Once you arrive at your hotel, unload the luggage from underneath your
charter coach. One person from each room may get the keys for your
room from your Tour Director. After you have given your roommates
their room keys, you may proceed to your room. Be sure to take your
luggage and all of your personal items off the charter coach.

Dress in clothing appropriate for today's activities. Remember to bring
uniform/costume, instrument and everything you'll need for the
performance when you depart the hotel.

BOA Super Regional Competition
Music for All is one of the largest and most influential national music
education organizations in support of active music making. Music for All is
unique in that it combines programming at a national level with arts
education advocacy. Music for All has been creating, providing and
expanding positively life-changing experiences through music since 1976.
Music for All, Inc. was formed through a merger of Bands of America, Inc.
and the Music for All Foundation in 2006. From humble beginnings in
1976 with a single summer workshop for teachers, Music for All programs
are today recognized as the pinnacle of educational programming for high
school instrumental music programs nationwide. Music for All reaches a
vast number of people; each year, more than 300,000 people attend its
events, over 85,000 teens participate, and 100,000 people subscribe to
online services.

Today, the Eden Prairie High School Eagle Marching Band performs in
Bands of America Super Regional Competition.

All coaches and trucks must depart the South Lot no later than 1 hour, 15
minute after their performance time.
8:30am Return to the Hotel/Breakfast
Return to the hotel to change out of uniform. The hotel's deluxe
continental breakfast with hot items will be available until 10:00am.
Optional Rehearsal Near Hotel
If desired, the group can rehearse in a grassy area of the nearby White
River State Park today.
Lunch in the Area
Meal Money ($15) will be provided for lunch in the area today.

3:45pm Prelims Awards Ceremony

Dinner in the Area

9:00am Hotel Check-out & Load

Check-out of your room by packing everything up and leaving your key
card in your room. Then, load your luggage, equipment and instruments
onto the charter coaches and prepare for departure.
9:45am Depart the Hotel
Board the charter coaches for attendance and depart Indianapolis for
Minnesota.
TBD Lunch En Route
Meal money will be provided for a quick service lunch along the way.

We will stop for a quick service dinner en route at traveler's expense.
