STAFF COMMITTEE CHECKLIST
FOR DAY 1
OCTOBER 22,2019
 TENTS SET UP COMMITTEE - (Call Time is 7:30-8:00am -- 8:00-10:00AM will be the
setting up of tents)
 OPENING CEREMONIES COMMITTEE (Call Time is 9:30AM -- opening ceremonies will
start by 10:00-12NN)
- Facilitate and monitor each colleges on their position ; Get ready for the parade
proper.
 PARADE POINT PERSONS/COMMITTEE (Call Time will be 9:00-9:30AM, parade proper
will start by 11AM, nilagyan ko 1hr adjustment for preparation + sa pagpunta sa mga
point locations + yung maghahawak ng talkies. -- FOR THE POINT PERSONS PLEASE
BRING YOUR OWN WATER NA RIN PARA DI KAYO UHAWIN SA LOCATION NYO HEHE)
- 2 STAFFS + 1 DIRECTOR FROM THE EVENT HEAD PARA SA PAG ASSIST SA MGA
JUDGES--kukuha me dito from the roaming persons na naka assign.
 AFTER PARADE COMMITTEE (Call time will be 11:00AM, make sure na after parade
sila ay didiretso sa field. Encourage them to participate in the ne xt ganap after parade.)
 ROAMING PERSONS ALL THROUGH OUT THE DAY (Call time will be 9:30, flexible sa
duty +available the whole day to monitor, biglaang assist, etc..) -- Roaming persons can
also be the crowd control committee during the parade.

FOR DAY 2
OCTOBER 23,2019
 PARLOR GAMES COMMITTEE (call time will be 9:00am-9:30am, assist them sa games)
 CANDLE LIGHTING COMMITTEE (call time will be 5:30PM, assists students sa pag join
sa candle lighting +sa pag light ng candle etc..)
 FRESHMEN NIGHT STAFF COMMITTEE (call time will be 5:30PM, staffs will monitor
the crowd in orderliness + make sure na walang masasaktan during the rave party na. +
yung mga naka assign dito na stage manager, runners, artists/talent coordinators -- sila
magfafacilitate para ongoing yung performances.)

 Sa mga parade point persons, PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN WATER AND UMBRELLA,
hindi nyo rin pala responsibility na magbigay ng water sa mga student s na nasa
parade -- ang reminders lang naming SSC for the parade point persons ay di kayo
uhawin sa pag stastay don sa locations nyo. ++ diba dalawa ang point persons sa iisang
location, yung isa don ay maghahawak ng talkie.

 PLEASE COMPLY SA MGA NABANGGIT KO NA CALL TIME.


 COLOR CODING PARA SA SUOT- COLOR BLACK TOP (you can wear pants, basta
anything comfy kayo na pambaba, lalo na sa footwear, yung susuotin nyo sana ay
pede kayo makatakbo and lakad lakad haha)
 I WILL ALSO BE PROVIDING LABELS PARA MALAMAN NA STAFF KAYO NG
EVENT.
