MOTION FOR POSTPONEMENT AND RESETTING OF HEARING

The Petitioner through the undersigned counsel, unto this

Honorable Court, respectfully state:

1. That the above entitled case was set for Hearing on May 30,
2017, at 8:30 in the morning for the presentation of the
witnesses for the petitioner;

2. However, it is unfortunate that the witnesses to be presented on

the scheduled hearing will not be available due to their previous
personal and professional commitments;

3. That, in view of the said predicament, the petitioner through the

undersigned is constrained to move and ask for the
postponement of said scheduled hearing and respectfully
request for the resetting of the said case to June 13, 2017 at
the usual hour of court sessions in the afternoon or at any date
most convenient to this Honorable Court;

4. That this motion is not intended for delay but solely for the
reason aforementioned.

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed of this Honorable

Court that the scheduled hearing be reset to another date, preferably

on June 13, 2017 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning or at any date most
convenient to this Honorable Court.
