CONTRACT OF SALE

I, Charmae Coscos, of legal age, residing at J De Veyva St., North Reclamation Area,
Cebu City, Cebu, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-ONE
THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIX AND NINETY-CENTAVOS (Php 131,576.90),
Philippine currency, to me paid by Gertie Mae Cuico, also of legal age and residing at 219 B.
Aranas Extension, Duljo Fatima, Cebu City, Cebu, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby SELL and CONVEY unto the said LOUIS VUITTON WALLET, his heirs and assigns, the
following described personal property:

(A Chain Louis Gm Wallet (brandname), 24 x 16 x 4 cm or 9.4 x 6.3 x 1.5 inches

of length, height and width, having a microfiber lining, smooth calfskin and a gold
colored metallic pieces in the logo design. Made by patent leather in nude color,
with oversized LV metallic lock and a removable metallic golden chain. Also, 2
flat inside pockets and inside zipped pockets. )

I further covenant that with the said Wallet that I own, and have the right to sell and
transfer the title and ownership of above-described property, and I will defend the same against
the claims of any and all persons whatsoever.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 23 day of July, 2018, in

 Gertie Mae Cuico is the active subject in the contract for she has the right to demand the
delivery of the wallet before paying the price.

Passive Subject (Obligor)

 Charmae Coscos is the passive subject in the contract since she has the duty to deliver
the wallet and transfer the title to the buyer.

Object (Prestation)

 The Chain Louis Gm Wallet of the brand Louis Vuitton is the subject matter for it is the
object being bought and sold.

Juridical Tie

 The source of obligation as stated is a contract which tied bound the parties on
obligatory force to fulfill what is mentioned.

Part 2

Kind of Contract

 Real Contract for it is perfected from the moment the object of the wallet is being
delivered to the buyer. It emphasizes the transfer of prestation and in need of delivery.

Object and Cause of the Contract

 In the part of Charmae Coscos, her object is the wallet and cause is the price of Php
131, 576.90 because her main reason to enter contract is to acquire the amount by the
use of her asset, while on Gertie Mae Cuico side her object is the money (Php
131,576.90) and the cause is the wallet for her purpose is to purchase a wallet through
her cash account. But the whole contract’s prestation is the wallet which the contract
evolved around.
