UNLAWFULLY, BY AN ACT IMMINENTLY DANGEROUS T0 ANOTHER, AND EVINCING A DEPRAVED MIND REGARDLESS 0F HUMAN LIFE, BUT WITHOUT A
PREMEDITATED DESIGN TO EFFECT THE DEATH OF SOPHIE SOLIS, A HUMAN BEING, DID STAB THE SAID SOPHIE SOLIS, WITH A KNIFE, THEREBY
INFLICTING UPON THE SAID SOPHIE SOLIS MORTAL WOUNDS, OF WHICH SAID MORTAL WOUNDS, AND BY THE MEANS AFORESAID AND AS A DIRECT
RESULT THEREOF, THE SAID SOPHIE SOLIS DIED.

ON WITNESS A SAW THE VICTIM AND DEFENDANT AT THE HOME TOGETHER. ON 11/20/19 AT 0840 HOURS, THE VICTIM TOLD WITNESS B, SHE

WOULD BUT NEVER SHOWED UP. LATER THAT DAY THE DEFENDANT SENT WITNESS B A TEXT INDICATING THAT THE VICTIM WAS
"BE RIGHT OVER"
ASLEEP. ON 11/20/19 THE DEFENDANT TOLD A WITNESS A TO AVOID COMING HOME. ON 11/21l1 9 WITNESS B SAW THE DEFENDANT ARRIVE AT THE
HOME IN HIS CADILLAC AND COVER IT WITH A CAR COVER.
ON 11-21-19 THE WITNESS A AND WITNESS B BECAME CONCERNED FOR THE WELL BEING 0F THE VICTIM AFTER FINDING THE HOME IN DISARRAY.
THEY LOCATED THE VICTIMS PURSE IN A PILE 0F CLU'I'I'ER. THEY ALSO LOCATED A SPARE SET OF KEYS TO THE DEFENDANT'S VEHICLE UPON
OPENING THE VEHICLE, THE VICTIM WAS LOCATED lN THE TRUNK ALONG WITH SEVERAL ITEMS BELONGING TO THE DEFENDANT TO INCLUDE
FRAMED PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE VICTIM AND DEFENDANT, BLOODY PAPER TOWELS A BLOOD COVERED MEN' S ROBE WITH THE NAME “WARREN"
MONOGRAMMED ON IT, AND LEATHER COVERED SLAP JACK WITH BLOOD, HAIR AND FLESH ON IT. AFTER A SEARCH WARRANT WAS ISSUED FOR
THE RESIDENCE OF THE VICTIM AND DEFENDANT, BLOOD SPATI'ER WAS FOUND ON THE CEILING 0F TWO ROOMS lN THE HOME.
