• This study was to determine the role of the work motivation in mediating the
influence of servant leadership on employee performances.
• Employee’s performances are not affected by the servant leadership and shows
positive results due to work motivation.
• To improve employee performances direct influences of servant leadership on
employee performance is insignificant; work motivation must be included to
