Point penting dalam menyusun announcement

1. Tentukan tujuan utama announcement tersebut. Kita harus menentukam
pengumuman apa yang akan disampaikan.
2. Pastikan kamu memuat keseluruhan informasi tersebut harus mencakup
jawaban dari jenis pertanyaan seperti ; what ?, when ?, where ? who ? how?
Atau 5W1H.
3. Hilangkan informasi yang tidak penting, announcement yang baik tidak
boleh terlalu panjang.tapi harus singkat dan jelas.
4. Tulis urutan informasi dari mulai informasi yang paling penting kemudian
diikuti informasi tambahan.
5. Gunakan Bahasa yang jelas dan sopan.
Kerjakan tugas dibawah ini secara berkelompok, minimal 1 kelompok berisi 5
siswa. Dikumpul,yang tidak mengumpulkan tugas nya akan remedial.

Because of the high demand for electrical power due to the extremely cold
weather, the city is facing a serious powe shortage. We are asking residents to help
us avoid this situation. Please reduce your power consumption as much possible.
Lower household heat to sixty degrees. Turn off all unnecessary appliances.
Postpone energy-consuming task such as doing laundry.

To All Third Grade Students

All library books have to be returned on the twenty-second of May, 2009. They
should be covered with non-colorful wrapping plastic. Lost books must be replaced
with the ones of similar subjects. Fine will be charged to the late return of the
books. Students who have handed on all books will get receipts that have to be
submitted to the administration officers.

Due to the baf weather in this past two weeks , the teaching and learning process
will be postponed until the further information. All of the students should stay at
home during the school time period and do the tasks from each teacher of each
subject.
All of the tasks should be submitted when the school begins to homeroom teacers.
The who doesn’t submit the tasks wont have any point and will have remedial test.
