Notification of change: Replacement Kit for Obsolete Vent Valve

Dear colleagues,

This instruction is only applicable for the Replacement Kit 10-5000-500-11 of the obsolete Aurora Vent
Valve 10-5-3610008300.

1. Remove the damaged Vent Valve

2. Remove the Valve Adaptor 10-5000-500-12 from the Magnetic Valve 10-405-648 and install it to
the interface. Make sure the O-Ring 10-406-347 is mounted perfectly.

3. Mount the Magnetic Valve 10-405-648 now to the adaptor again.

4. Before connecting the flat blade terminal to DIN valve type C connector remove the long screw from
the center of the plug. If you do not remove this screw it will cause an electrical short with the two
blade terminals.

5. Connect the Adaptor Cable 10-5000-500-91 to the Magnetic Valve and the blade terminals to the
DIN valve type C connector.

The orientation of the cable contacts (wire colors) Use the left and right contact of the DIN valve plug
does not matter
