This month inspection report several defect items were noted related to Ceiling and M&E Works as shown below. Such cases
of defect can be best detected earlier and can be resolved by having coordination drawing of ASM&E. Another way is by
utilizing the 3D or 4D modelling Tool for clash detection. Therefore utilizing any of the two mentioned method can be helpful to
avoid the same defects in the future.
