NOTES: LIGAN Appeal case

 Acasia lot was introduced to him by Rose Napao.

 He was informed and led to believe that the acasia court will only consist of 8 court lots
which are exclusively intended for mausoleums only.
 Even with the steep price, he fully paid the purchase price as a consequence a purchase
agreement was entered into between forestlake and ligan
 March 2002 ligan was issued of a building permit, construction rules and regulation,
construction agreement, design guideline and another key map which is different from
that shown to him by rose napao
 When he was about to construct the mausoleums, he was shocked and worried to see
that the new key map given to him after paying the purchase price consist of 26 court
lots
 Plaintiff enjoyed the property freely (no tomb in front of his mausoleum) until nov 2013
 2013, dagalea’s tomb was constructed
