CEREMONY PACKAGE: $300
Ceremony package includes a music consultation to discuss the ceremony music. Via phone or
facetime/skype. Ceremony performance consists of 20-30 minutes of musician-selected pre-
ceremony seating music and the ceremony music selected above.

Additions to Basic Package:

1) Attendance at Wedding Rehearsal: $75 (+ Travel Surcharge if outside of Athens area.)

2) Printed Music (for music not previously owned by musicians): $________________________
3) Travel surcharge for venue located outside of Athens area: $______________
4) Providing a keyboard and small amp at ceremony site: $65
5) Rate for additional rehearsal ($50/hour) with other musicians $________________________

Special song requests made within 30 days of the performance will result in an additional $50 plus
cost of supplies. This is for the additional practice time the performer will need to proficiently learn
the selection.

Bride and Groom are responsible for ensuring that the ceremony venue has either a well-
maintained acoustic piano or a keyboard with sound Amp, see Additions to Basic Package for
instrument rental fee.

1) $150 shall be paid as a deposit, which is due within 7 days of signing this contract.
2) Musicians are not committed to perform until both the deposit and balance are each paid.
3) The full balance is due 14 days prior to the event.
4) All monies paid are non-refundable.
5) If Balance is not paid in full by 14 days before the wedding this contract is null and void, the
deposit will not be returned and Ms. Humbard will not perform for contracted services.
6) Any amendments to this contract must be in writing and signed by all parties.
