I am a student of M.phil in the field of Business Studies, Sardar Bahadur Khan Women's University. The
purpose of this questionnaire is to collect primary data for conducting a study on the topic: Effect of
employee’s cynicism and emotional burnout on employee’s performance In Quetta
Balochistan . In this regard I kindly request the Employees of Hotels and restaurants located in Quetta
