Dear Sir,

I am the student of BS A&F 3rd Semester. I would like to bring one of the most important
issues in your notice. The university reputation is at risk as the university performance is
getting lower day by day. Our dream to be the premier institute of the entire region would
not be fulfilled. Here I would like to discuss a few areas where we can bring much
betterment. First of all we need to focus on the student’s performances and try to figure out
the actual causes of their poor performances in the examination. Keeping an interaction
with students is very important. Feedback of the students is extremely important as it is a
key to know the real problems of students. Students might have reservations regarding the
teaching methodology of the teachers and the syllabus. Secondly the institute needs to
focus on the students who are weak in their studies as this will be the real achievement of
the institute by making such students efficient in their studies.

The institute needs to promote exchange programs where the students can go abroad and
learn from there. This will help the students to explore multiple cultures and to know about
the educational standards there. Student will also be able to adjust themselves in different
environment.

I would also to suggest you that we need to focus more on research work. We need to
engage the students into research rather than teaching them the traditional stuff and
making them bookworms. We need to expose the students into practical environment
where they can learn a lot from their exposure. These students will be then leading the
market which will be the greatest achievement of the institute. Here I would also like to
mention that the students should be encouraged to start their own business ventures. This
will help students to understand the businesses and how markets are working. These
students would be an asset for the institute. The incubation centers should be well
equipped and according to the standards where the students can get mentorship.

In last I would like to discuss that along with studies students should be engaged in different
competitions that will help the students to work on their critical thinking and skills they
have. Besides this there should be sports activities on regular basis is it is key to both mental
and physical health. The institute needs to provide playgrounds so that student can engage
themselves in sport activities.

I believe that working on the suggestions will help us in achieving our goal to be the premier
institute of the entire region. With strong determination and enthusiasm we will be at the
top of the list soon.
