AUTHORIZATION

I, Emman Carl P. Rubin, student of Mindanao State University – College

of Law, Iligan City Extension, do hereby authorized my father
MR. EMMANUEL P. RUBIN, to get my grades for all subjects in my first year
stay in the College of Law.

This is because I cannot practically obtain my grades in Iligan City as I am

now currently assigned in Bureau of Internal Revenue, Revenue Region No. 16
– Cagayan de Oro City and I am planning to enroll in Liceo De Cagayan
University to continue my law studies on the month of June 2018.

I hope my grades would be released soon so that I can enroll as soon as

possible in Liceo De Cagayan University.
