IMPLEMENTATION SALES REPORT

1.) Report of Production Activities


a.) Production Process
• identify orders that have been registered in the Pre Order
• Prepare the sauce, mayonnaise, and paste the logo on the package and then place
the dimsum paper in the package
• Then prepare raw materials that will be ordered by the customer
• Then cook by steaming or frying
• after cooked, take the place of packageing, then input and arrange.
• After arranging, we take photos or snapgrams so that people who see will want
to buy and are interested.
• Then take chili sauce and mayo into plastic and chopsticks
• Then it is ready to be sent to customers by grab delivery or COD

2.) Sales Activity Report
a.) Promotion
in promoting, we use more social media like line and instagram because both of
these social media can reach more of our target market. in addition, for marketing
like that there is no charge for using the personal account of each group member.

from the table above, we were able to sell 41 servings of dimsum in 10 times
selling dimsum.

c.) Customer
Our customers are mostly students of the Economics Faculty of Maranatha
Christian University majoring in Management. because they live around the
campus and it makes it easy for them to reach us who can do COD in the area
around the university. but we also do COD off campus in accordance with the
request of our customers outside the Maranatha Christian University. we COD in
the Braga street area.
3.) Financial Report
a.) Marketing cost
We do promotion with digital marketing methods. We updated on Instagram, we
held a buy 4 free 1 promo. We reach the target consumers around 18 - 28 years
old. Where we promote to our classmates, to friends outside of campus. The
promotion fee is 13,000 from buy 4 free 1 and cost for internet are Rp 80.000

We do not have any other costs because all costs have been inputted in their
respective classifications.

d.) Gain/Losses
from 41 portions sold, we can get a profit of Rp. 328,000. From the capital we
have collected at Rp. 500,000 we have benefited more than half of the capital we
have. We will divide the profits according to the agreement at the beginning
before the business starts.
