1. Aspirine /ˈæsprɪn/ : A common drug that reduces pain fever ,and swelling.

2. Analgesic /ˌænəlˈdʒiːzɪk/: A type of drug that stops you from feeling pain.

3. After-sun cream: A substance you put on your body.

4. Allergy /ˈælədʒi/: A condition that causes illness when someone eats certain foods.

5. Antacids /æntˈæsɪdz/: A substance used to reduce or prevent acid collecting in the body
especially in the stomach.

6. Antibiotics /ˌæntɪbaɪˈɒtɪks/ A medicine that cures infections by destroying bad bacteria.

7. Antihistamine: /ˌæntɪˈhɪstəmiːnmɪn/ A type of drug that is used to treat medical condition


caused by an extreme reactions to particular substances.

8. Anti-inflammatory: Anti-inflammatory drugs reduce inflammation (=painful swelling) in part of


your body.

9. Baby wipes /waɪps/: A small piece of clothes.

10. Bandage /ˈbændɪdʒ/: A long narrow piece of cloth that is tied around the injury.

11. Barbiturates /bɑːˈbɪtʃərəts/: A strong drug that makes people calm or help them to sleep.

make your skin soft.

a special device.
