Instructions:
1. School timing will be 07:30 am to 12:00 noon on all Examination days. School buses will leave the campus at 12:00
noon. Duration of Exam- VI to VIII– 3 hrs, IX to X – 2 hrs & XI to XII – 3 hrs (Writing Time).
2. Students of VI to XII will be shown the Answer Scripts on 30thSep & 01st Oct 2019 . Absentees will forfeit the chance
of seeing the paper.
3. Second term starts from 03rd Oct 2019.
4. The results will be declared on Saturday 19th October 2019. Progress Report Card distribution timing will be 08:00
am to 10:00 am.
5. Progress Report Card will be issued to the parents only and not to any relative on behalf of them.
6. Students who fail to appear in examination for medical reason will submit an application along-with a medical
certificate immediately during / after exam.
7. Parents must ensure that all fees dues of their wards for Second Quarter have been paid latest by 01.09.2019, with
fine as applicable, failing which the child will not be allowed to write the exam.
8. Students found using unfair means during examination, will be awarded zero mark in that subject. Such students
will not be allowed to study further in the school.
9. Newly admitted students should submit their Birth Certificate / Transfer Certificate/ Copy of Aadhar card and
other documents latest by 01.09.2019, failing which they will be detained from giving the examination. Those who
have submitted already, please ignore it.
