grading of online exams. The system automatically notifies users about new
training tasks and, upon completion, informs verifiers as well.

• MasterControl Exams™:
MasterControl Exams™, an optional add-on to the MasterControl Training™
module, automates the administration and grading of exams and also
documents employee competencies. It offers a simple yet effective means
of ensuring all employees have the competency to perform their job
responsibilities and provides proof of that competency to regulatory bodies. By
eliminating the need to have employee competencies witnessed by a verifier
in person, and by helping employees focus on what they need to learn through
the delivery of “pre-exams,” the application allows companies to save time and
money. Once an employee takes an online exam through MasterControl, the
system automatically grades the test and instantaneously records the results in
the employee’s updated training file.

solution that simplifies the management of training classes. Users are able to
schedule training resources (i.e., trainers, locations, and trainees) by simply
creating classes. Administrators can specify the number of slots for various
training classes and allow trainees to sign up for them. The Classes module
allows MasterControl users to easily manage fixed classroom resources and
lets employees view and sign up for classes associated with their particular
training tasks.
