This is with reference to my mail dated 7th May 2018 emphasizing on deposit mobilisation
and servicing at the branch level.

STFC can be a DIFFERENTIATOR from the rest of the market players only when we focus on
SERVICING THE CUSTOMERS. Hence I insist each and every employee to take up the
servicing of deposit customers on TOP PRIORITY and make the Customer Journey enjoyable.

Equal priority should be given to the customers who are being mobilized through our
Channel Partner “Shriram Fortune Solutions” as well who would also coordinate with our
STFC Branches as deposit entry and servicing has been made available at all our STFC
Branches now.

It is our responsibility to ensure that all our deposit customers service requests are
addressed with the lowest possible TAT and across the Counter service with a SMILE.
