: No eating and drinking policy is to be strictly implemented in the court.
: Lessee, players and guests shall be held liable for any damages or loss in any of the properties of
Phenom Sports Center incurred while staying in the premises due to their fault or negligence.
: Lessee shall be responsible for all the acts and omissions of their guests, players or representatives and
as well as their properties and belongings and shall indemnify and hold Phenom Sports Center, its employees
or officers, free and harmless from any liability of whatever kind and nature arising from death or any damage
or injury to their persons or of their guests or representatives and their belongings while inside the premises.
: Phenom Sports Center has the right to call the attention of any individual not following these Policies.
