BACKGROUND

The sister web application “Royalty Guaranteed Art” will integrate with NFC chip similar to the above
demonstration
With a QR Code or Barcode, information can be faked, other people can easily capture and create the
same information on Barcode Label.
NFC system is being used because data is UNIQUE. Nobody can clone it, can not be fake.

Physical art will be mapped and TAG Unique ID to the specific Art Information by mobile phone. The
NFC label will have exterior printed information including log and anti-fake sticker label.
Sorry, Because of lack of Blockchain knowledge, but in this case, I recommend you to develop a
centralized system

NFC data can be read from an Android OS Smartphone with NFC reader. For the features on Smartphone

NFC is only ID information, functions need to be developed to register information into database
NFC chip which comes with the NFC tag. The user memory is typically from 48 Bytes to 144 bytes. It
depends on the NFC chip type. Some NFC chips can even go up to 888 bytes. We have not determined
what size we need for the application any guidance in this regard would be helpful. The Data in an NFC
tag can be locked with an RFID Printer however we are looking for a web application to be able to lock the
data
In order to read the data without an NFC reader, we can print a barcode with the NFC data on the NFC
tag. As such, we can read the data with a barcode reader. Normally barcode is incorporated with RFID as
it serves as a secondary identification.

NFC can be used for access control, pairing and commissioning of NFC devices, Authentication &
Identification of items, etc.

NFC tag is encoded with unique numbers which identifies the art piece. Examples;
'A80000000001' represents Art Piece 1 and 'A80000000002' represents Art Piece 2.
The NFC can collect data from mobile app database just with NFC and the apply database are Connected
via Database API
Everything NFC is collecting will be stored in connected back-end server so you will clearly see what the
NFC is collecting Scanning the NFC tag reveals “automatic identification",
QR codes printed outside the labels can provide more information about the service, and the information
quickly goes to the user's device. , QR codes promote interaction and engagement through the mobile
phone it will give full information to user

The app is connected with database API you can control the NFC printer from sister website app to print
out the labels

NFC holds a lot of data depending on chip type. Can range from 1K bit to 2.5K bit

● Android phones are 100% open to NFC to be able to read/write to NFC tags. Apple has
recently opened NFC more however there are certain chip types that apple cannot encode to.
Apple can read all NFC chip types though.
As you have seen in the video using NFC you just simply bring your phone close to the tag and it
will populate the information you encode to the tag. That being any information you want the
people to see. When using a barcode, you have to physically scan the barcode, you could then run
into the barcode being worn down over time and no longer readable. NFC has a lifespan of 20
years on the chip, could be longer but that is what is specified on spec sheets. Of course the chip
could become damaged over time as well making the chip unreadable but not as easy as barcode.

NFC for a few years now. If you have an apple you can experiment with android Apple S7.

with telephone number and in this email artist

a) Uploads a photo/ scanned image of the front and back of the art showing where the RGA
label is affixed directly behind the artist’s signature including a 15 second video clip
capturing continuously the front of the art and the back of the art (a demo video will be
available on website)

b) Uploads a scanned copy of the courier receipt coming from RGA showing same address
and contact information as submitted in original registration (this will be checked by
RGA staff to see if there is any discrepancy between shipping address and registration
address artist submitted)

c) Uploads Scanned and signed hard copies of RGA contract for delivery to RGA

d) Uploads a scanned copy of the delivery receipt SENT TO RGA

 NOTE: Failure to complete any of the above will not activate the FINAL matching of the Hashtag
to the serial number and all agreements and RGA label will be null and void and the label will not
be activated
