UserManual for DL Service Request :

1. Open the URL

2. Click on Apply Online on the left side of the page and select and click on Services on Driving
Licence.

3.List of DL services page is displayed then click on Continue .

4. Enter DL number and Date of birth and click on GO.

5. Applicant Name with few other details are displayed.

6.Select Apply to state and RTO and click on Proceed.

7. Details of the Driving Licence page is displayed.

8.Verify the applicant details and click on Confirm to procced.

9. DL services page is displayed , select required service check box and click on Proceed.
 10. Issue of NOC transaction page is displayed.
11. Select required details from drop boxes displayed and click on Confirm, then Data
Accepted Successfully message is displayed.
12. To the left side of the page declaration box and captcha is displayed,

13. Check(Tick) the declaration box and enter the captcha then click on Submit.

14. Acknowledgement form is generated with the Applicant details and the service requested.(Issue of
NOC)
15. Click on Next to proceed.
