III. ACCOMPLISHMENTS
June 13, 2016 Aranguren Integrated School Students, Teachers, and the
Supreme Student Government Officers gathered to commemorate the yearly
celebrated Independence Day. It was one of the most significant dates in the
Philippine history, that marks the nation's independence from the spanish rule on
June 12, 1898.
SSG Officers organized the event in partnership with the faculty staffs. They
assigned students for the presentations, and posted programs, tarpaulin, and flags
that represents freedom. Students from different grade level showcased short
interpretative dance, poet readings, and native songs.
Also during the month of June, Grade 7 Representative Election S.Y. 2015 -
2016 was held at the 2nd Floor Aus. Aid Building. SSG Officers assisted the COMELEC
to tally the votes from the freshmen. Meanwhile, Irish Ann Mallari from 7- Love got
the position. In this month, the first meeting of SSG was held at the Principal's Office.
To enhance and expand the ability of leadership and make them not just a
good leader but an effective one, a two-day Leadership Training and Workshop
forNewly elected SSG, SPG (Supreme Pupil Government) Officers, Presidents and

Vice Presidents of each sections and clubs held at the Aus. Aid Building, July 20-21,
2016.
The first day of Leadership Training comprised of; Mr. Lamberto F. Gamurot
tackled the functions of SSG Officers. The 2nd speaker, the SSG Adviser, Mr. Kevin
Chaster M. Cura discussed about the importance of Teamwork in an organization.
Followed by Ms. Mary Ann Tenidor who tackled about the Emotional Quotient. Then,
the Finacial Report was explained by Mrs. April S. Pamintuan. And for the last
speaker of Day 1, who explained about action planning was presented by Mrs. Jellie
Marie G. Novesteras.
Additionally, in the second day, Mr. Paul D. Gamboa was the first speaker who
talks about the Schools Rules and Regulations. Then followed by Mr. Melvin Tadaya,
a facilitator of Friendship Builders who talks about drug awareness and values
education. While Mrs. Marissa G. Pamintuan discussed the roles and duties of a
leader. After the break, Mrs. Rowena B. Ramos was the last speaker of the day, she
talks about the importance of leader. Afterwards, the students were assigned to
their workshops.
Through the said training, students will be skillful and motivated to achieve
common goal, as well as guided and informed to organizing and managing, that
enables then to work even productive in school and in the community.

July 25,2016, SSG Officers created and designed their First Bulletin Board that
was located at the side of the Faculty Room. It helps the students easier to view the
Accomplishments, Financial Report, Narrative Report, and Incoming Events and
Projects of SSG Officers that was posted in it.
August 08, 2016, SSG Officers' Batch T-shirts and Lanyards were purchased
that will be used for the events, meetings, and other activities in Aranguren
Integrated School and outside the school affairs.
October 03, 2016, Aranguren Integrated School celebrated Teachers' Day, to
honor and acknowledge the noble, crucial role, and dedicated commitment of
teachers in their profession.It was organized by the SSG Officers and SSG Adviser,
with the participation of the students.
Video presentation and slides, thanksgiving messages, Special song number,
and dance performances were showed up by the students. It was also attended by
Edward Bonus, PTA President, who prepared his speech that was about the
importance of having great teachers in AIS.
In addition, SSG Officers headed exciting games. Awards and Gifts have been
given to the teachers.

For the last activity of the month of October, Drug Symposium was held with
a theme of D.A.R.E; Drug Abuse Resistance Education, conducted by the Capas Police
Station.
By the month of November, the SSG conducted a Clean Up Drive to the
school. In partnership with the YES-O and other clubs, together with the students
and faculty, works with unity to clean the school and the essential of “bayanihan”
was truly displayed.
In the month of December, the SSG together with the other clubs and
students repainted the school’s flag pole and plant boxes. This activity gives
beautification to the school.
On the month of January, Repairing of Tree Guards was conducted, for more
protection and better exposure to the sure. This activity was headed by the SSG and
YES-O.
Also, the DepED Vision, Mission and Core Values Signage was purchased for
more effective and well-organized ambiance of the school.

IV. PICTORIALS
June 13, 2016, Aranguren Integrated School Students gathered to celebrate the
Independence Day. We, Supreme Student Government Officers prepared for the
celebration. Every year, many countries celebrate the Independence Day, including
the Philippines.

Grade 7 Representative Election S.Y. 2015 -2016 was held at the 2nd Floor Aus. Aid
Building. SSG Officers assisted the COMELEC to tally the votes from the freshmen.
Meanwhile, Irish Ann from 7- Love got the position.

July 20-21, 2016, was the Leadership Training and Workshop in Aranguren Integrated
School. The Supreme Student Government Officers are the one who organized the
program together with their adviser.

To honor and acknowledge the noble, crucial role and dedicated commitment of
teachers, Aranguren Integrated School celebrated Teachers' Day last October 5,
2015. The program was organized by the Supreme Student Government Officers and
SSG Adviser also with the participant of the students.

For teaching the students about the Drug Awareness, the Aranguren Integrated
School conducted a Drug Symposium.

Aranguren Integrated School Supreme Student Government (SSG) Officers andThe
AIS Youth for Environmental in Schools Organization (Yes-O) conducted the “Clean
Up Drive” for futher cleanliness of the school.

Repainting of Flag Pole and Plant Boxes was held by the help of the SSG, YES-O and other club
members to give beautification to the school.

For the first activity of the month of January, the SSG and YES-O worked together for

WHEREAS, the Aranguren Integrated School Supreme Student Government will issue
funds for the following materials that will be used in the celebration of Independence Day.

WHEREAS, the Brass Pins will cost Seventeen pesos (500);

WHEREAS, the Fare will cost Forty pesos (100) for the Supreme Student Government
Secretary, who is assigned to buy the needed materials;

WHEREAS, the funds that will be use will be coming from the Aranguren Integrated
School Supreme Student Government;
NOW THEREFORE, and on motion of the Supreme Student Government Adviser Mr.
Kevin Chaster M. Cura, unanimously seconded and approved in session assembled by all the
members present in the attendance. Be it RESOLVED and as it is hereby RESOLVED to
AUTHORIZE THE TEN MEMBERS OF THE SUPREME STUDENT GOVERNMENT
TOGETHER WITH THEIR ADVISER to release a total of Eight Hundred Pesos only (800)

Over the years, the “Brigada Eskwela” event has become vital for all the
public schools especially it is annually done on a week-long cleaning up and
beautifying each building of the school together with all the stakeholders, namely:
students, teachers, school officials, parents, community, barangay officials,
religious groups, and the private sector. Every year, in the last week of May, these
people associate and work together to repair and prepare the public schools for the
opening of classes.

Independence Day Celebration
II. OBJECTIVES:

c. To pay tribute to our beloved heroes through a simple activity

As the years pass by, the Philippines has been commemorating the
Independence Day every month of June, particularly 12th. It was the day when the
country achieved the freedom they wanted and what we also experienced hundreds of
years ago. Aranguren Integrated School Students, teachers, and the Supreme Student
Government Officers will be gathered to commemorate the yearly celebrated
Independence Day.

Cleanliness Campaign and Proper Solid Waste Management Program
2016
II. OBJECTIVES:
a. To maintain cleanliness in the campus
b. To produce conducive to learning environment
c. To be aware and be guided by importance of cleanliness in the campus

It is significant to orient and equip the students about the importance
of cleanliness in the classroom and also the proper solid waste management.
This program will teach the students to value cleanliness and the proper way
of garbage disposal. This program will benefit not only the school but also the
students because they can use the knowledge that they have learned in their
own community.
A weekly awarding will be held in the school during the flag
ceremony. The chosen classroom will be given a certificate as a proof that it
became the cleanest classroom for the week. The process of selection is via
ranking system, wherein the teachers will rank the classes according to their
cleanliness. 1 being the highest or the most clean and 4 being the lowest or the
least clean.

Repainting of Plant Boxes, Tree Guards and Flag Pole
II. OBJECTIVES:
g. To improve the school’s environment

h. To rebuild the beauty of the tree guards, plant boxes and flag pole
i. To prepare the school to be a motivating environment for the learners

Planting trees and different plants is one of the mandated thrust of the
Supreme Student Government. As part on the said thrust the Supreme Student
Government of Aranguren Integrated School has prepared a project rebuilding
the tree guards and repainting the plant boxes as well as the flag pole of the
school to make a motivating environment as stated in the DepEd’s VMC.

II. OBJECTIVES:

j. To enable students to participate in making the environment clean

Cleanliness is one of the advocacy initiated by the Supreme Student

Government, that is why, the Supreme Student Government will conduct an
activity that will promote cleanliness in every part of the school and that is
through the Clean Up Drive which will be joined by both the students and the
teachers.
