Criteria Description
1. Speed/Pace Tempo of the execution of strikes, block, footwork, etc.
(faster is better)
2. Rhythm and Timing Coordination and synchronization between pairs/group Simulate a fight scene
3. Accuracy Strikes hit precise target/s or angle/s or a “fight-like”
4. Mastery Follow correct sequence of strikes/block (pattern of execution of the test.

5. Footwork and Demonstrate correct stance and footwork in coordination with

Grading System: (patterned from the university standard grading system)


A 95-100 Exhibits exemplary level of independent and self-regulatory learning skills.
B+ 89-94 Exhibits a high level of independent and self-regulatory learning skills.
B 83-88 Exhibits an above average level of independent and self-regulatory learning skills.
C+ 77-82 Exhibits an ample level of independent and self-regulatory learning skills.
C 71-76 Exhibits a sufficient level of independent and self-regulatory learning skills.
D+ 65-70 Exhibits somewhat low level of independent and self-regulatory learning skills.
D 60-64 Exhibits low level of independent and self-regulatory skills.
F 59-below Incapable or inability to perform the test.
*additional practical test/s will be given as deemed necessary.
