We have also extracted data of Word and words pair from graph metrics by selecting Tweet
in Edge worksheet and deselecting words and word pairs that occurs only once, from this we
came to know the positive and negative sentiments words and word pair like word Refund
counts for 36 times and gives positive sentiments, further analysis with respect to sentiment
will be done in Text analysis.

We have also extracted data of twitter search network Top Items from the Graph Metrics
from where we can get the data of Top 10 URLs in tweet ,Top Domains in tweets, Top hashtag
in tweets, Top words in Tweets, Top word pairs in tweets, Top replied-to, Top mentioned, Top
tweeters for 10 number of groups.

Following tables shows the top 10 above mentioned data, group wise data can be seen in the
enclosed excel-

Group#12 (Pankaj, Trinath, Sai Nihal, Siddharth, Anirudh, Sakshi)

The flow of information based on the vertices, In-Degree, Out-degree was calculated from the
overall metrics which shows that there are 768 vertices,1208 Unique edges etc.

Overall Metric

Steps performed to get the meaningful data:

1) Data was imported using NodeXL Twitter search network from the Twitter account for
oyorooms with 1500 tweets.
2) To remove the self-loop, data for Tweets from the Edges tab under Relationship
column was removed, keeping only Replies to and Mention to know the relationship
among users.
3) Generalized graph as per annexure-1 was drawn first, which does not depict any
information. The type of graph is Harel-Koren Fast Multiscale.
(Annexure-1)
4) Then we performed the group by clusters under the Groups option by selecting
Clauset-newman-Moore.
(Annexure-2)
5) Graphs were separated by choosing the layout Layout options layout each of the
graph’s group in its own box. Graph was refreshed and it is shown in attached
(Annexure 3)
6) We calculated Graph metrics by selecting Graph metrics under which we marked
overall graph metrics, Vertex In-Degree, Vertex out-degree, words and word pairs.
(Above image of overall metrics).
Also, we chose words and word pair option to know the positive and negative
sentiments of the users and got another tab viz. Twitter search network top items
from where we can know the top 10 URLs, Domains, Sentiments, Hashtags etc.
(Figure 2.1 to 2.4).
7) Then we sorted the In-Degree label under vertices tab to get the Users with highest In-
degree in Ascending-order. Shape label under the vertices was given with number 11

Group#12 (Pankaj, Trinath, Sai Nihal, Siddharth, Anirudh, Sakshi)

to get the images of the top 18 users and vertex name was copied and pasted
over Label column to get the name beneath their images in the graph.
8) Images and their label start visible when we selected Group Option under Groups
from the ribbon, under group option we selected the shape specified under the shape
column on the vertex’s worksheet. After refreshing the graph and selecting Harel-
Koren Fast Multiscale we got the graph as attached in Annexure 4.
9) After that to ungroup the clusters we selected Layout the entire graph in the entire
graph pane under the layout option in Layout radio button from the NodeXL ribbon.
10) After refreshing the Graph, we got the final visualised graph depicting more
information about the Network.
(Annexure 5)
11) Autofill option was used to give the Colour, Shape, size to the In-degree Vertices.
