Dear Sir Ariston:

I am a graduate of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) from

Tagbina National High School and I wish to enrol Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in
Biological Science as offered by the school.

I herewith enfold the properly filled application form as long as the Recommendation Letter
from the school’s principal and the Certificate of Good Moral Character. And for your
inspection, I am also enfolding my grade sheets of my graduation along with my academic
certificates. I have always maintained my high level academic performances and secured
high grades every grading examination. Actually, my two siblings took their courses at this
school and both successfully finished it. According to them SDSSU Tagbina Campus has
excellent professors and instructors and cheap tuition fee. And so, I am desiring to follow the
same as what they did.

I am hoping that you would consider me for providing scholarship for any available
scholarship programs that would be helpful to me in finishing my dreamed course.
