CERTIFICATE OF WARRANTY - TERMS

The MOBITEC BRASIL LTDA ensures customer purchaser of Electronic Signs (YELLOW LED), the
warranty against defects in manufacture and operation for a period of five 5 years from the
date of purchase of the product in the invoice of purchase.
To Electronic Signs (WHITE LED), to guarantee against defects in manufacture and operation is a
period 3 years from the date of purchase of the product in the invoice.

The guarantee will be provided by MOBITEC BRAZIL, through its Technical Assistance Authorized and copper
all the parts and accessories that are used in equipment; unless the cables. If the equipment is
transferred to the third period of guarantee, valid until the expiration of his term.

Warranty Service

The MOBITEC Brazil is responsible to provide services exclusively in the area to keep businesses
authorized to perform maintenance services. If the equipment is defective, the customer should enter
to contact the Technical Support Center MOBITEC.

Customer Guarantee

The answer should be in warranty requested by the client that will take (or send) the equipment to
Authorized Service Center indicated at the forum. This should be accompanied
Invoice for the purchase of equipment to verify the warranty period.

Charges for transportation, insurance and means of transportation are the responsibility of the customer. The
equipment must be carried whenever possible within the original packaging with the appropriate
protections.

Limitations of Liability:

In no event shall MOBITEC will be responsible for loss or damage or immediate indirect, accidental damage,
or any other damages.

The MOBITEC is not liable for third-party claims for damages against the customer,
by defects caused by agents of nature, and infiltration of water, fire or the negligence of the user.

MOBITEC's responsibility is limited to replacement of defective parts, provided that from


normal conditions of use and identified by the authorized Assistance Authorized.

All parts replaced in warranty shall be the property of MOBITEC. The warranty period parts
is exchanged for three (3) months.

In case of problems, always look MOBITEC Technical Support or Technical Assistance Authorized.
Do not open the equipment (there are no components that are exchanged by the user). The replacement of parts
not provided and / or not authorized by MOBITEC or any type of maintenance, modification or cleaning,
made by persons not authorized by MOBITEC, invalidate the warranty.

Similarly, the failure operational rules defined by MOBITEC, the use of accessories, from
material not approved for consumption by the same, and errors in handling the user or third party
can disrupt the proper functioning of equipment and void the warranty.
