Meal Chart:

Morning- lukewarm salty lemonade

Breakfast- Cornflakes with milk and Boiled eggs/ Paneer sandwich with tea ( sugar free) / boiled dal/
Milk shake/ Sprouts

Lunch- Rajmah/ Chole / Channa or Any Dal and Sabji with only 2 rotis

Dinner - try to eat before 8pm. Anything mentioned above excluding roti/rice or starchy food

Workout plans:

Walk atleast 15mins after every meal

Use stairs everywhere

30mins running

10mins push-up

10mins Crunches

10mins Planks

Drink plenty of water (warm)

1 Cup green Tea after Lunch

1 Cup Green Tea after Dinner/Breakfast (not both)

2 pcs anar dhana after lunch and dinner

Add in fruits like papaya etc for breakfast
