ABSTRACT

Implementation programme of rice for poor people (RASKIN) at


Kampung Sorendiweri Supiori Regency

The smooth distribution of Raskin rice is highly dependent on the discipline of all the actors
involved in Raskin. One of the most important is the smoothness of payments. The beneficiary
family must smoothly pay the rice money to the officers at the distribution point. The officer at
the distribution point must be smooth and immediately deposit the proceeds from the sale of
Raskin rice to the Dolog / Subdologist, which must then be paid to the center immediately. The
delay in payment of the Raskin rice sales proceeds is not justified. Because if there is an
incoherence from one of these points will lead to delay the next Raskin distribution. The aims
that the author uses in this penulsan are as follows: a) To know the implementation of poor rice
policy for poor households in Kampung Sorendeweri Supiori Timur District Supiori Regency:
and b) To know the poor rice supply to poor household in Sorendeweri Village District Supiori
East Supiori District. The type of research used is descriptive method. Based on the
aggregation of the quisionary recapitulation on the variable of poor rice showed that 21.66
(80.05%) of respondents were compared with the category of answer not (less good) which
only got the average percentage of 6.34 (19.95%) of respondents. This is supported by the
respondent's answer as much as 80.05% opinion is good. From the recapitulation of answers
regarding policy implementation variables above shows that the average respondents answer
as much as 22.67 (84.51%) of respondents compared with the category of answers not (less
good) that only get the average percentage of 4.33 (15.49 %) Of respondents. Thus, it can be
stated that the policy implementation at Kampung Sorendeweri Supiori Timur Supiori District
is measured through the aspect of policy size and objectives, resources and attitudes pertained
good. This is supported by respondents' answers as much as 84.51% opinion good. From the
result of the analysis of employee performance evaluation relationship with employee
performance targets (SKP), it can be concluded that there is a significant correlation between
employee performance evaluation to Employee Performance Target (SKP) in Personnel
Division Office Management Board Regional Board of Papua Province in this case seen from
evaluation Performance of employees and Employee Performance Goals (SKP) produced is in
accordance with the expected that is classified as very good. This means that if the
performance evaluation of employee arir owned by the employees either the Target Employee
Performance (SKP) produced will be good too.
