    ACCEPTANCE FOR HONOR

    Sec. 161. When bill may be accepted for honor.

    Where a bill has been protested for dishonor by non-acceptance, any person not being
    a party may, w/ consent, intervene and accept the bill for the honor of any party liable
    thereon.

    Sec. 162. Acceptance for honor. How made?

    1. Must be in writing and

    2. Indicate it as an acceptance for honor and

    3. Signed by the acceptor for honor
