A hardworking, punctual and safety conscious baker who has considerable experience of working
within a bakery environment, producing large volumes of items that are shipped to retail
stores. Jomari has tremendous amounts of passion and enthusiasm for baking and patisserie, as
well as strong core food knowledge. Her personality is as warm as the bread he bakes, and as a
true morning person he is always punctual and able to get up early for work. He has a thorough
knowledge of the bread making process, and is an expert at hand scaling, moulding, finishing,
Traditional and Continental breads. Possessing a sound grasp of merchandising also means that he
is able to produce enticing baked goods which are a real attraction to customers. Right now he is
looking for a suitable position with a baker that wants to recruit talented and capable individuals.
