PROFILE
I am a dedicated individual who is loyal, compassionate and hard working. Although I have a medical
background, I have worked with children and love to learn new traits and am always up for a challenge. I am a
team player and get along great with everyone. I am also able to work efficiently and diligently on my own. I am

certified in the use of CPR, First aid and the AED. I am also BCI and FBI checked and cleared for five years and

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN, CVS PHARMACY
Pharmacy technicians work with pharmacists to help prepare and give out prescription
medication. They take prescriptions over the phone and in person, work with health
professionals and customers, help mix medicines, count pills, measure medication, label and give
instructions for medicine, and help take payments.
Accomplishment: Provided 100% accuracy with medication disbursement, labeling, as well as
giving instructions for medicine and payments.

2011-2013
STNA, SHADYSIDE CARE CENTER
Delivered excellent nursing care for clients in the nursing home/ rehab center by maintaining
healthcare needs, creating and prepared meals, supervised and encouraged exercise routines,
provided compassionate care for hospice clients and their families, specialized in ambulatory
care and exercise routines to prevent muscle atrophy and falls, performed daily personal hygiene
on clients as needed.

Accomplishment: Provided 100% ambulatory success rate with no incidents by maintaining


safety protocols and providing positive reinforcement to encourage the clients.

ACTIVITIES
I recently ended my season as the head coach of the youth cheerleaders as a volunteer. I also enjoy

or babysitting them until their parents can get them. I am a mother of two children who were both
micro-preemies and required a lot of extra care. I take pride in all my work and work well with all my co-
